Lindesberg Bio is the one and only cinema located in Lindesberg, Sweden.

CASE

We need a business app for our workplace. Our employees need to be able to do things such as sign up for shifts and see their work schedule. Managers also need to able to add films, schedule film screenings as well as release said screenings as shifts for their employees to sign up for.

PROJECT SUMMARY

This will be a presentation of the project I worked on with my fellow student Erik Hedenstedth during our internship at Totam.

During our time there we had to broaden our scope quite a few times. Mostly because of a domino effect, to be able to solve one problem we had to solve another first.

This resulted in a quite drastic redesign of the their tool.

This schedule helped us a lot during our time at Totam, we had a structure to work out of but at times where we were aead of schedule we could easily see what to do next. We also left week 8 a bit open so that we would have extra time incase we fell behind on schedule, if not we would use it to perfect the prototype.
